Ingredients
3Bay leaves
1 ½tspcelery seed
1tsp.black peppercorns
½tsp.ground nutmeg
2tsp.kosher salt
1 ½tsp.dry mustard
1tsp.ground ginger
½tsp.sweet paprika
¼tsp.smoked paprika
½tsp.white pepper
½tsp.ground cloves
½tsp.ground allspice
¼tsp.hot paprika
¼tsp.ground cardamom
1/8tsp.ground cinnamon
Instructions
Buzz the bay leaf, celery seed, and peppercorns in a spice mill or a coffee grinder (one you use only for grinding spices). You can also use a mortar and pestle, but you’ll get some exercise grinding the bay leaf fine enough. 😉
Stir in the rest of the spices, and store the mixture in an airtight jar.
